FUELSensor

FuelSensor is an ultrasonic level-sensing device designed to measure fuel level in locomotive fuel tanks. The fuel level must be no further away than three meters from the fuel probe, and no closer than 400 mm from the probe. Smart electronics inside the probe convert this distance into a percentage-full value, which Tranzlog then converts to more usable information like 'fuel used' and 'fuel remaining'.
